1. OUT OF BOUNDS: Rule 27.1 Defined by the boundary fences, the black topped white rail behind and to the right side of the 9th green, right side of the southern end of the 9th fairway, and the far side water line of the lateral water hazard on the 8th hole.

2. STAKED TREES: If a staked or guarded tree interferes with the players stance or area of intended swing, the ball must be lifted, with-out penalty, and dropped in accordance with the procedure prescribed in Rule 24-2B.

3. STONES IN BUNKERS: Defined as moveable obstructions: Rule 24-1.

4. PATHS: Artificially surfaced paths or car parks around the club house and pro shop are immovable obstructions, if they are not out of bounds. Rule 24-2 applies. All other paths are an integral part of the course. Artificial path borders, posts and other defining objects are deemed to be immovable obstructions. Relief under rule 24-2b applies to these obstructions, but not to the path if integral to the course.

5. CLUB HOUSE GARDEN BEDS: Garden beds around the club house and pro shop are defined as GUR, and relief must be taken in accordance with Rule 25-1.

6. FIXED SPRINKLER HEADS: All fixed sprinkler heads are immovable obstructions. Rule 24-2 applies. For fixed sprinkler heads within 2 club lengths of the green, refer to Appendix 1, Specimen Local Rule 5 in the Rules of Golf.

7. WATER HAZARDS:

(a) Playing the 14th hole, the lake is a LATERAL WATER HAZARD. Rule 26-1 applies.

(b) Playing the 15th hole the lake is a WATER HAZARD. Rule 26-1 applies.

(c) 8th Hole - The lake bordering this hole is a LATERAL WATER HAZARD. If a ball is lost or unplayable in the hazard after last crossing the margin between the blue stakes adjacent to the right and rear of the green, the player may drop a ball within two club lengths of the nearest blue stake, or else proceed under Rule 26-1.a. In all other cases Rule 26-1 applies.

(d) 4th Hole - the lake at the rear of the green is a Water Hazard, regardless of which hole is being played
